I have very lucid and most of the time, horrible dreams/nightmares. Sometimes I will even wake up crying. In all honesty, what do you do, when something seems and feels and looks so real it wakes you up freaking out?
PS: I always dream in color.
Do you just get over it and shake it off?
Or...
Do you have some other method of dealing with those horrid things? |
