My friend filed for child support against her childs father and he wants her to drop the case and agree to an amount without going to court, but she already gave him a year to do right and in that year he only gave her 1,000 dollars even though his net income per month, she found out this past week is well over 3,000.
Question?
Would you give him another chance or pursue it thru the courts?
