| today my assistant manager decided to jump down my throat as soon as i walked in the door. why? because i couldnt get the kids display up and i couldnt go to our food distributer and get orange juice. Now i had talked to both him and my general manager and thought we had this squared away. i apologized for what i couldnt do but i could have done had i not had to clean up his mess from the night before. so he started jumping down my throat and i of course did not back down and became angry. i apologized for my wrong doing and then went to get my work done and he was like so you are blowing me off and i told him no i apologized what do you want me to do get down on my hands and knees and apologize. he threatened to write me up and i just kept getting angrier and angrier. so even though he was the one who jumped down my throat should i be the bigger person and apologize. |
