I've been home from school for about three months now, but I've finally got something. A preschool in Syracuse just hired me to be a one-on-one aide to a child with special needs. They're only at school half days, so it's only part-time, but a couple afternoons a week I babysit a toddler for a few hours so I should do ok.
In terms of school, I thought I was going to go back to Canisius in the fall and switch my major to history. But now people are telling me to look into schools that actually offer preschool certification so I won't get screwed over again. Ugh, I'm sick of trying to figure out where I'll be and what I'll be doing by September. I wish I was just done with school already!
