well first off, i am a pit bull advocate, they are my passion. i have owned pit bulls for the last 15 yrs and will proably never own another breed of dog. I currently only have one pit bull, my little dee. she is my hereo (to see why read, some bonds will never be broken). i also make anti pit bull abuse videos as well as educational videos about BSL (breed specific legislation).I am the founder of PET A PIT BULL and have dedicating my life to these wonderful dogs in that way for the last 6 yrs. my page is on face book, please come check us out. facebook.com/pet.a.pit.bull. I am a 45 yr old male who was married for 15 yrs and am now divorced. i am by trade a professional painter but my dream is to open a pit bull rescue here in the dallas texas area. i am currently trying to obtain my non profit status which will enable me to follow my dreams. most people are quite surprised when they find out that PET A PIT BULL is owned by a man. i guess it is due to the fact that mostly women feel so compelled to do what i do, it is not a glamorus thing, i see the brutallity and the abuse and neglect that is done to the A.P.B.T. way more than id like to. but it motivates me to do what i do on a daily basis. The pit bull is the most widely abused animal on the planet, and due to all the negative media hype about them they are also the most hated breed of dog as well. they are prejudged by appearance and false information that has been said about them. i am one of the thousands of voices that have banned together to speak for them, for they cannot. 

i was born and raised way up north in NH where i lived for about 25 yrs. i really hate the snow and ice and decided to go south,. i ended up in Columbia SC as my wife had family there. i was employed as a painter there and at one point had my own business. i did rescue work in SC and had a house full before i knew it. things change and i seperated from my wife and went back up north to help with family issues. after the death of my grandfather my mothers health started to fail as a result of greed within the familiy over my grandfather estate. we then went back to SC where i was taking care of my mother as her health continued to worsen. She passed on Jan 29 2011. i ended up in texas around may of last year and i stay with my elderly aunt who is 72 and i help her. i guess thats just about it, if there is anything else you would like to know about me feel free to ask.
