A Needle in a Halo
As souls bow their heads,
they praise what they do not know.
The leaders are double faced
but you see only one.
As the curtain goes down,
they reveal the truth to few.
Their actions shock the followers,
but no wrong is seen.
The unjust are not persecuted
while the victims are shunned.
The world cries
to see the truth.
How can men so high
in the eyes of the believers
be so wrong and hell bound.
