My poem for my mom....RIP 11/5/33-12/7/94
She was as sweet as could be with her blue eyes sparkling down at me.
She yelled at me from time to time, but I deserved it so I didn't mind.
Her sweet perfume always lingering thru the air and the way she used to wear her strawberry blonde hair.
The sweetest woman I ever had the chance to know
But for some unknown reason, God had his own plan for her and I had to let her go.
I miss her alot and talk to her from time to time
Looking for her input to maybe give me peace of mind.
God gave me this wonderful person for a great twenty one years
But now all he's left me with is an empty heart and eyes full of tears.
She was the greatest person you'd ever want to meet
And I called her mom without skipping a beat
So for those who still have their moms
Treasure them or they'll soon be gone.
