OK My first blog and what is it about. Eating Bear. Hubby fixed a roast of it and I have to admit it was good. Hey not afraid to try things at least once. Since I've eaten Elk, Rabbit, Rattler, Gator, Shark, Quail...heck now I can add Bear.
