Betrayal is saying you will be back in a minute, but end up taking all night. Betrayal is saying that you will pick me up after you go get the alcohol, but take two hours to get back. Betrayal is saying you are my friend, but not acting like it sometimes.
It is when I have to leave because one person doesn't want me there, and you not trying to stick up for me, trying to stop me and talk to me, or trying to call me back at my room.
Betrayal is the worst thing that someone could do in a friendship. It ruins the friendship, tears up the trust between two people, and worst of all, it makes enemies out of the friends. It is when you act one way in public, one way in private, and yet another way when you are around certain people.
Betrayal is such an easy thing to do, that sometimes people don't even realize that they are doing it. But when it does happen, it can ruin even the best of friends.
