1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
16 ounces chicken tenders (12 ounces cooked)
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C. Spray the bottom of a 8 x 13-inch ( 20 x 33 cm) baking pan with cooking spray. Place thinly sliced onions on the bottom of the baking pan and set aside. Place sour cream on a plate. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and place on another plate. Dip each chicken tender first into the sour cream then coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken tenders on top of the onions in the baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes, turning once half way through, until thoroughly cooked.
