There are very few ingredients in this recipe and it is quick to make for dinner or any occasion.
Ingredients:
2 lbs of chicken
1 pint heavy cream
2 cans tomato paste
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Flour
Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
Directions:
Take chicken and pound it till thin and dip it into flour. Then, put it into a pan with oil covering the bottom. After chicken is fried, put chicken into a slightly warm oven to keep warm. In a separate frying pan, combine heavy cream, tomato paste and Dijon mustard stirring together to form a sauce. Place sauce on a serving dish and add the chicken to the sauce. Garnish with cherry tomato halves.
