Need a recipe for those chicken thighs in the freezer? Add a little flavor to dinner tonight.
Ingredients:
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 jar Classico Roasted Garlic spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan lightly with cooking spray. Place thighs in pan. Spread artichoke hearts and mushrooms over top. Pour spaghetti sauce over all. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle cheeses over top and bake an additional 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese begins to brown.
