Oh can a judge rule that there is no known abuser when it was right in front of them. How stupid can they be. Child abuse needs to stop. Children don't ask to be put on this earth at all. They are God's Gift to man. They need to be loved. There is a difference between discipline and abuse. A good whack on the butt when needed is fine. But, kicking a poor child so hard that is pathetic. That stuff does not need to be done. This kind of stuff makes me so sick. I watched this video and cried.
