2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
3 oz raw chicken breast (no skin)
1 whole lime, remove entire inside
2 oz orange juice
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, canned, drain juice
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp wheat flour or white, all-purpose
Directions:
This is a 2 step process
First, prepare the sauce
1. Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan, saute mandarin oranges, entire inside of lime, brown sugar, cornstarch and pepper
2. Slowly add orange juice, heat until thickened
Next prepare chicken.
1. Cut chicken into strips, dip chicken in water then dip in flour, sprinkle with black pepper and cook in pan coated with olive oil until done
2. Serve sauce on top of chicken
