What IS the world coming to? We are a nation of people who have the freedom to, and resources to communicate when and how we please, and yet we know less about each other than ever before. This site, case in point. You only know what someone allows you to know, and because they have such freedom to communicate, they choose not to because they think they dont have to. All you people who got hurt, and put your walls up, chosing not to communicate openly, you hurt the ones you say you love. Truly more and more of us only love ourselves. The ones we say we love, when it comes down to it, we never truly back it up when the chips are on the table. Of course there are liars and cheaters who use selective communcation to get what they want. They get grouped in with all you who have your walls up too.
I think the lack of communication has led to an overall lack of trust, and that lack of trust has led to the crappy divorces in america. Granted some are necassary, but most is just people not trusting from the get-go. As of today I am fresh out of a relationship, where neither one of us trusted the other. It was doomed from the start. I still care about her, but i dont trust her HALF as far as i can throw her. She never trusted me from the get-go, because well, she doesnt even trust herself, and of course she didnt let herself down either. The whole relationship was a struggle, there was almost no communication, and a complete lack of trust.
I may be called weak , or naive for putting my heart out every time, so be it, I trust all my women from the get go, and mostly Ive been let down. If I stop trusting the new one now, all those who betrayed my trust, won. I WONT let that happen.
To the cheaters: ur not as slick as u think u are....... you are only tolerated because your loved ones CHOOSE to look the other way, not because you are anything special, that fact is, much like me, you are NOT special, and you never will be either. All you will ever be is entangled in a long list of dissappointments, but never truly remembered.
Yes I am hurt, I am not afraid to admit it either, my heart is on my sleeve, and it got damaged yet again.
But ! I will get better, my heart will heal..... because that is what good people do, they learn to move on with life.
You cheaters will never ever have the best of me, because you cant trust yourself, youll never EVER be able to trust me.
Beware women who approach me, if you care about what I think...... you had better look at yourself, and find out if my opinion of you is one you want to hear. If it is not, move on, dont waste my time or yours. If it is, dont dissappoint me. you dont want to be in that list of long forgotten people.
This blog is NOT just to vent, I am deadly serious about the warnings and life lessons in here. You should take it seriously.
