Strips of chicken breasts in a baking dish are baked with a mixture of condensed soups & diet cola. The chicken and sauce may be served over rice.
Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Diet Pepsi cola (1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Pepper to taste
Cooked rice, if desired
Directions:
Slice chicken breasts into wide strips; lay in a baking dish. In bowl combine both soups and Diet Pepsi; stir together, pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice, using the sauce as gravy.
