"Do You Remember When"
Do you remember when, How i used to hold you in my arms like this? Oh how it felt so good to hold you in my arms. I miss that feeling. Do you remember how we used to kiss? Our lips pressed so tight and yet so gentle to one another. I miss that. Do you remember when we used to cuddling up next to each other on the couch. Our bodies embraced so tight to one another. God i really miss that. Remember how we used to laugh at each others jokes til we cried. I want to feel that again. I can still remember when i would come home from work. You would be at the door way waiting for me to come in. Your arms wide open ready to give me a hug and a warm gentle kiss, and ask me how my day was. what a great welcome home gift that was. Do you remember how we made love? It was always so passionate and yet always felt like our first time. You could feel the love running so deep in our veins as our bodies became one. i miss that alot too. Remember how i always would run your bubble baths for you and light candles all the way around the tub. So you could relax so peaceful. Then i would brush your hair for you and give you a massage. I miss those nights so much.
As i set here and write this i wonder to myself will i ever find the woman i am thinking of. I look out into the stars at night, knowing you can see me. Wishing you could touch me and let me know you are there. When i feel a breeze blow upon me i know it is you walking by me. The scent of the fresh air is the smell you leave when you pass me by. Whe i see a star shinning brighter than the rest, it is then i can see into your eyes. When i feel the rain drops on my face it is you crying because you are sad.I say to myself, trust me love we will be together soon. Baby i know you are out there. I am here waiting for you to come home. So i can stand at the door with my arms wide open and a warm gentle kiss waiting just for you. Theres not a mountain i can not climb, theres not a river i cant swim. I wont rest until i have you in my arms again. I Love You....Do You Remember When?
