I may have to amend my previous statement of seeing a disproportionate amount of "pretty" people.
I see a lot of fake pictures. Why? Is posting someone else's picture an indicator of your own self-worth?
I've also seen pictures of people who are far older than the picture they used. Your high school pictures probably no longer provide an accurate view of how you look.
So, in other words, deception and misdirection are key, just like in a real bar, apparently.
