Ink or no ink that is the question. Shall one stay with the Ink Free society or climb on the Ink Well Band Wagon? No longer the mark of the malcontent, tattoos are practically de rigueur these days. (oh for the not so hip on words of this nature crew ~like Me~ it means “It’s fashion and with out it you are not in style”) From the catwalk to the red carpet, "body art" adorns even the most demure.
Even Caroline Kennedy has one — or had. Reports say she may have had hers partially removed. (A case of tattoo remorse?)
But what makes one woman's tasteful butterfly another's trashy hide? Some say it’s location. For others, it's the size of the ink that matters. You decide, classy or trashy? So with that let’s have a test on what is trashy and what is classy shall we? I think we shall. I will give you some examples you can play along or read and hide makes no difference to me.
We will start easy and get harder as the Ink gets nastier.
A Butterfly Trash or Class?

Marrtays answer is on a Lady cool I go with Class, Location means everything. There are some very fine spots to plant it (hide) and there are some not so good spots, I will give the not so good, middle of the forehead means you are a sixties child and darling that was fun but it like Fur-bees are out dated… Holey crap those Fur-bee things were about creepy now or
what? Size…contrary to popular mechanics…I mean belief size does matter, I go with middle of the road here, too small and your intended target needs to visit Wall-E-Mart for Doctor MaGoo glasses to see. Oh and lets be honest here the damned tattoos are not just for those who get them to see you got them to body paint accessorize we all know so quit the it’s for my own personal benefit. Yeah and so is 14 kids… I still can’t get over that rabbit that lives out in California. Ok moving on or I will never get this mailed out! So size we go with mid-road oh I almost forgot. Too Large and you look like you were an alien abduction experiment that went wrong so play nice with location and size.
Ok now on a man…PLEASE! You are gay! You should have stopped with the big mauve colored large collared shirt and pink slippers adding a Butterfly will make you top poodle in the gay master kennel club…don’t do it!

A Rose Trashy or Classy?

Roses are A ok on a lady Looks fabuleek (Martism) I say a rose is a rose some look fine in Blue, Purple, Red and Yellow and even the Black rose whips my frosting. Ok, size, this can be small, it can be medium and well large is just too much unless it is back shoulder and in full bloom. So Ladies Rose up those who choose to ink up.
Men… NO! please do not make me run the Gay wagon off the cliff with you screaming and kicking, No roses!
So in conclusion Marrtay says yes to Roses… Classy and Size again I chose Mid Range and Color I would lean toward a Yellow.
Moving faster now, work has started here but screw em! I have to get this out.
Next would be more in the mythical and or ones country style of Ink.
Dragons, Wizards, Japanese letters, Sunshine, Four Leaf Clover, Unicorn, Dolphins,

On a Lady, I say good. Just don’t have Merlin and Merlin’s guild inked up all over you front and back, you would look like my bedroom curtains when I was 4 years old. Size on these need to me almost mid-range because you want the entitled person to not stare at you like he or she is trying to read Sundays News Paper when in fact it is two seats up and it is not your paper. I just hate when I do that and the person turns the page before I am done Eye Dropping on it… So Merlin and a Dragon are cool I would go mid range, Purple and be discreet perhaps that special location just hidden enough where as enough shows just to make the intended target want to see more…however ripping your clothes off to get to it might be cause for a restraining order.
Ok Men use tact here Take the Oriental Letters and make them Black. A wizard would be cool, however the wizard better look mean as a Junkyard dog with Rabies! I could see a Clover yeah I could see that, Dolphins are not good on guys, the Wagon that went over the cliff can be re-assembled and you could find a seat on it. Just say no to dolphins guys please.

Ok ladies…do not allow that ink on you. Unless you are going Gangland on me. Just say no to those…however I am sure we have all seen the Hidden surprise of the Blue Devil Mascot located on the great divide of a gal showing, well what one would not normally expect…the tongue out… Ladies refrain.
Guys, I say yes do it, look masculine and place them where you want. Size does not matter if you think you need ink art to adorn your bod.
That is my morning spiel on Ink. Do I have it No. Will I no, but when it is done classy I love it. Those that look like Oriental rug displays…wow when you start to wrinkle…your naked body image is going to look like an Iraqi Bazaar…
So in closing I say More classy the trashy on ink.
