Ok I have had insomnia since I was a child....It sucks because I barely get any sleep. When I do get to sleep of course there is some reason or some person that wakes my up...ok so the kids will be getting up and off to school very soon...
My question is once they leave should I:
(A) crash and go try to go back to sleep
(B) stay awake and drag the rest of the day |
