I seriously think that some of the staff think that the morte trouble they cause without getting into real trouble, the quicker we will go back to the old way of doing things. Well I hate to tell them but no it won't. what could happen is that the company decides that maybe it is better to have contractors and go for the lowest priced contract and make the staff redundant.
They was told things are going to change and some think they have some power, well smell the coffee as you haven't and they will find out as time goes by.
Last night was a bit of a stressful one, but we know what they are upto and plannning for their next moves. The previous night i saw some of the trouble makers talking to each other, and i didn't take any notice. Of course i told the other chargehands what was going on, but thought well if they are trying to stir things up then let them. Give them enough rope and they will hang themselves!
Tonight could be the pain though as the supervisor is off tonight. This time though we will be co-ordinating more than ever and will try to predict what they are planning next :)
