Hello Luvlies!
I never write these things with "this is what's going on in my life" stuff... but so many of you have sent gifts and etc. with question marks and questions as to why I'm Missing In Action...
Beginning of May I decided to move again... the hole of a basement apartment I thought that I could call "home" (at least for a little while to pay off some student loans) was intolerable... I was miserable.... you can ask just about anyone... Well, one of my coworkers told me of a lil farm house on a 200 acre horse farm that was for rent... and decently cheap. I went to see it... and immediately... fell in love. They told me to "fix it up"... take it off the rent... they'd install cabinets... new appliances... it has a brand new bathroom as it is... I was in heaven.
For those of you who have never taken on a big project such as a complete flip of a house or makeover.. It's not easy... it's time consuming... and your body aches in places you had NO IDEA you could ache... (which I'm experiencing currently)
Slow and steady as it goes, but we were getting it done. Last Saturday I had another "episode". I had been having pain under my ribcage to the right of my sternum since December. The episode on Saturday lasted for 5 solid hours... not a pulsing paint... but a continous, writhing... PAIN! I was going to go to the ER until I looked at what my copay was going to be. So... since it was outrageous... I waited and went to the Dr. on Monday. My Dr. finally got off her ass and ordered an Ultrasound...
I meet with a Surgeon on Monday to schedule the surgery... Ick... I hate needles... and the thought of someone cutting me open does not sound appealing... but most of it is laproscopic unless there is a complication... so I'm ok with that...(I guess)
With that said... I'm full force working on the house now... because I want my upstairs complete before I have the surgery. Friday night, All day yesterday, and All day today... we're sanding the old floors that have 2 coats of NASTY, scuffed up paint... and returning them to the original hard woods... gonna polyuretane them... and look at them shine. It's very exciting... but such hard work.
Thank you for all the luv and support... even without the lack of explanation... I do miss you all greatly!
