My Children Son, you were my first born to hold Looking into your eyes I saw your heart of gold You have taught me so much more than some I am so proud of the man you have become Dawn, I cannot believe how time has flown I'm so happy to see how much you've grown You are a wonderful mother and this is true My darling daughter, I am so proud of you You gave my life more meaning than you ever knew I am so thankful to the two of you You've both stood out from all the rest Having you both I have been so blessed For your future have no fear No matter where you go I'm always here Regardless of time or space we'll never part I will always be there in your heart.
