Christopher has signed up for Jump Rope for heart. As most of you know, Christopher's father has congenital heart disease and has a surgery every year or so to correct one problem or another. His ability to work and to enjoy physical activities with his on is effected by his heart condition. So this hits very close to home for Christopher and he is very eager to raise money to help progress the research to help improve his father's quality of life.
He has set his sights very high.. He hopes to raise $5000.00 dollars over the next three months. Anyone who would be willing to donate to the Jump Rope for heart foundation please do so, the deadline is May 14. Normally, I would have him canvas, but the American Heart Association frowns upon door-to-door, as they do not want the effort to be related with soliciting. If you would like to help and donate, you can make the check out for any amount you would like and address it to the American Heart Association. You can email me individually and i will give you the mailing address to send it to.
