OMG.....I feel sooooo bad right now...
I was cleaning my cabinets where my cat just caught 2 mice today...went to move a little box and it was slightly weighted, then I heard the mouse trying to get out, so I went to the mama cat and was trying to open the box when the mouse jumped out of a hole and went running down the hall, so I grabbed the cat and gave her a slight toss down the hall, yes, she sees it, she's got it...YAY, another mouse gone...
BUT...
then I heard something else in the box, yep, you guessed it, 3 little babies pretty good size but eyes not open yet and one that she just gave birth to a day or two ago...yep...now I feel really really bad about it....so, I emptied the nest and babies into an aquarium and guess I have 3 new pets, I don't expect the pinky to live...I use to raise mice (little white ones) and hampsters when I was young and sell them to the pet shops...I hate the fact that I was the evil one behind a group of babies losing their mother...
They are living breathing creatures just as I am and now I sit here crying because these little ones have no mom...sounds silly, I know but when it comes to the God created ALL things equal I really take it to heart...
This doesn't make me stupid, it just means I must have a really big heart...
