I have been on a plant food diet for the past couple of weeks. The first week yielded some weight loss, but this past week yielded a loss of 6 pounds as per my doctor's visit today! I am psyched!!!
Went to the grocery store to buy more plant food, as well as some meats to cook in the mix of the vegetable soups for flavor and some taste of meat (mostly fish and some bits of ham).
Came home briefly to put up the really cold stuff, eat some yogurt and heading off to the clubhouse for a workshop on Feng Shui. I'll let you know if it yields any terrific, earth shattering ideas....
In the meantime, I hope everyone is having a great day and on to a wonderful evening.
I know I will... I have tonight off from work -- yayyyyyy!!!
