Some days it hits me harder than others. Alot of my friends on here know that my daughter Makayla was diagnosed with Leukemia in June of last year. She was only 15 months. In about 2 weeks she will begin 2 months of pretty intense chemotherapy before going on to her maitenance phase. I have had an awful day today. Thinking about how she has been through and how she knows much more about hospitals and chemotherapy and needles that any 2 year old should know and understand. I guess i am sending out this bulletin so u can all keep her in your thoughts and prayers over the next little while. The next 2 months are gonna be pretty hard on her physically and emotionally. I try to be strong for her and not cry.......so after she goes to bed is when i break down...if you have never had a sick child you cannot imagine the pain.
