2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 TBSP Cocoa
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Buttermilk
2 Oz. Red Food Coloring (May use other colors)
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Place all dry ingredients in bowl. Blend eggs with fork. Add oil and blend again. Add this mixture to dry ingredients and mix with wire whisk until smooth. Blend in food coloring vanilla and buttermilk.
Bake at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes.
ICING
1/2 Stick Butter
8 Oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 Lb. Powdered sugar
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
