Scars. Permanent markings that carry more meaning to me than any other infliction of pain has ever caused. Not only physical wounds but mental gashes that could leave a person devastated. Traumatic events that only I have experienced in this particular sequence. To understand my pain would be to see my scars, feel them, as only few people can.
The mental anguish that accompanies my deepest fears could slaughter thousands.
