1 Tbsp dehydrated, onion flakes
2 cups raw spinach
1 pound raw lean beef
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (191 degrees Celcius)
2. Cut beef into 4 equal portions, pound meat flat
3. Add raw spinach and onion flakes to center and roll. Secure with a wooden toothpick
4. Spray a pan with non stick cooking spray, place each beef roll on pan and spoon worcestershire sauce over them
5. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, until done
