ok if you read my last blog then you know that Josh my ex has my son and wont give him back. ok the last blog didnt get into anything cuz i was FREAKED out and up set so for anyone who cares heres the whole story.
Last Sunday i took my sun to ft wayne to see his dad for 2 weeks.Monday i had a bad feeling all day just something was going to happen but i couldnt think of what.Well at around 2 it happened.My sons dad called me screaming saying that our son was sick.Ok kids get sick.then he tells me that i am a bad mother our son cant read im never going to see him again ever and that he is going to beat my brains in.I tell him that im on my way to get my son and if he wants to hurt me hes gonna have to go thru dave.He tells me not to come to ft wany i hang up.I call Dave crying and freakin.he says lets go to ft wayne.i get Dave and the whole time im trying to get ahold of Josh to find out what the fuck is going on i call his aunt.she gets ahold of him and he tells her the same shit.Bitchs cuz our son cant read. Ok can anyone name ONE 4 yr old that can read??My son can count to 20 knows all his colors and is up to E on his ABCs.So josh still wont talk to me and what does the fucker do? puts his girlfriend on the phone. She acts like she is going to be my sons new mom.yeah we had words and it ended with her telling me she was gonna hurt me and me telling her that just cuz shes 350 doesnt mean im scared.me and dave spent the night in ft wayne so that in the morning first thing we can go to the cops.I have sole custody of my son and i brought the papers with me.I thought that meant something.I was wrong.Bright and early Tuesday morning me and dave go to the cops and tell them whats going on.The cop tells me that there is not one thing they can do to get a lawyer.But the cop did send a cop over to see if dylan was ok.I broke down hard core at the cop shop.I had had so much hope.Seeing has how me and Josh said he would have dylan for 2 weeks i have to wait to full weeks.Dave gets me in the car and we come home.I called a lawyer when we got home and wensday me and my mother went and spoke to him.first thing we did was got a few restraining orders and when i get my son back it will work for him as well.we are hopefully soon going to court so this shit can never happen again.I m not worried.Josh told me to get a lawyer so i did.He has no money at all he cant get a lawyer.im not trying to sound stuck up or anything but my mom and dad are rich they have the money to have this in court as many times as it takes.Josh is flat broke busted.He thinks he can just walk into a court room,tell everyone whats going to happen and how its going to be and ppl are just going to sit and say OK.Boy is he wrong.He cant pass a piss test i can i have my own house he lives with his gfs gramma.Yeah hes a loser. So thats the full story i will up date as things happen.On a lighter note,Thursday was my 25th birthday.Dave took me out to breakfest,gave me 24 roses,a kick ass birthday cake that was 5 diff chees cakes all in one and a card.he also took me out to a wonderfull romantic dinner.I love him so much.I couldnt have gotten thru this last week without him.Hes been so stronge for me.My daddy gave me 300 bucks for my birthday so monday im getting a new tattoo! i picked out a kickass looking dragon and will have pics of it when i get home on monday.
