Today it is good
the sun is shining, the clouds are high
birds are singing and theres a blue sky
people are laughing together as one
people are growing and having fun
it's not like yesterday.
Yesterday was horrible
there was nothing but screams and cries
and pain and sorrow in children's eyes
blood all around on the cities floors
an selfish people starting horrid wars
no today is better.
Tomorrow however will be like yesterday
because today was only a dream
