bits of advise that might be helpful for those that dont understand internet is internet..
1) If its too good to be true it probably is, (*do your research and find the truth before you step into something that is going to take your heart outta your chest or come back to bite you in the ass*)
2) Fighting on the internet is like pissing in a pair of black pants, it might make you feel good but most people arent gonna notice ( well they might but how lame can you get)
3)D.T.A. ( Dont trust anyone) not all but a good percentage of people asking you extreamely personal questions are one of two things, trouble makers in the making, or some kinda freak that is going to be stalking you all over the place. beware!!!
4)Don't give in to the stupidity of others, ( all its going to do is aggravate you and they are getting off on the fact they pissed you off. There are more important things, real things going on in life than what happens on a screen)
5) chat rooms.... good lord they are chat rooms, people use those rooms to A) talk about everyday life B)heres a novel idea ACTUALLY discuss a topic..surely you jest, intelligence be predominant.. nahhh .. thus why I hide out in a chat room few use anymore. just those of you that know where I go *wink*( gotta love the fact we have a quiet place)
Im not saying that the internet and chatting is a bad thing. there are alot of good things that come of it. I met the man I have waited a life time for online, Love him deeply and he knows this. I have also made alot of great friends and helped them through some rough shit, and in the process grew myself. Its all in how you take things. Be wise and pick your battles carefully. Know whom your talking to before you just hop in. Unless your someone that throws caution to the wind then its all on you.
Ultimately just have fun, make friends and dont take anything to seriously. There's always going to be someone trying to stir the pot, I can tell you this.. eventually what comes around goes around...The almighty never takes his eyes off what is going on. Remember that..
