Just tooling around the Fu for a little while looking at pics with this new Secret Admirer Game.
Now I have to say that I am far from shallow and never, ever judge a person based on thier looks. Only very stupid people do that. I am a live and let live kinda girl and always have been.
But...I have to say this. In all my years omn the internet, I have seen a fair few pictures of men....and sure...who doesn't like to look at a really nice picture of someone. But the same thoughts always cross my mind with many of them.
No matter what the age, I always see the same things. So...the following is for the guys:
You like to see women smile, right? Well, so do we! Squeeze a few out, will ya? It won't hurt, I promise.
Mustaches...if ya gotta have one for some reason known only to you, then by all means have one. But know this...they DON'T make you look younger. Remember in your younger years when you grew one to look older? Well, they still make you look older. AND...when they are nasty and bushy and overgrown...it's way worse.
Beards....they don't make you look younger either. In fact, they are worse then mustaches. And...when they are long and scraggly, it's not a pretty sight at all. And I have to laugh at the guys who say it keeps their face warm. I call bull shit on that one. For the most part, with most guys, it's all about laziness. Some guys...that keep it closely and neatly trimmed back do look good in a beard....but not that many. Now a goatee...if kept neat and trimmed...is a sexy look. Maybe shave the ckeeks and opt for that.
Some of the pictures that guys put up make my eyebrows raise. Is your ego soooooooo big that you think posing without a shirt is hot in some way. It's true that some guys have a chest worth showing off...and of course us ladies like to look sometimes. But...it also sends a loud message that you are wayyyyy too much into yourself....and flexing?? Ugh.
Did you ever notice what's in the background of a picture before you take it? Good grief....enough said.
To all the guys that are up in their years now...you're not in the seventies anymore. Long hair does NOT somehow keep you young or make you look young. I grew up in the seventies. There were some guys that should not have had long hair...and there are many now too.
I have talked to many guys over the years that are alone but say that women won't give them the time of day. Well, I understand that. No matter whether you see yourself as handsome, average or whatever...maybe do some man-scaping. You're not looking at yourself as others are. Find a new barber. Do some grooming. Take a good look at your exterior....whether you're small, medium or large....and look at yourself as if you are seeing yourself for the first time...and as someone else would see you.
I have always said that I am far from perfect but I do the best that I can with what God gave me. If more men did that, I know that more ladies would pay attention.
