A woman in her fifties went to a plastic surgeon for a facelift..
He told her about a new procedure called "The Knob," in which a small knob is placed on the top of the head that can then be turned to tighten up the skin whenever a brand new facelift is
needed.
Naturally the woman wanted "The Knob".
Over the years, the woman tightened the knob and the effects were wonderful. She remained young looking and vibrant. But after fifteen years, the woman returned to the surgeon with two problems.
