Evasive descriptives, words which hinted truth,
Emblematic icon, a near glimpse,
Of beauteous youth, with hair like fire, skin so fair,
Her thoughts they whispered and made me dare,
So, I wrote her a missive, gentle and true,
Phrases surmised, saying I must know you,
Then later on and not long after,
While I surfed like a pseudo-social grandmaster,
I bid to call her, to virtually break through,
She promptly responded, hello, how are you?
Our minds they melded, imbued with our thoughts,
Of things remembered, things found and once lost,
Excitement it kindled, such utter content,
Burned bright with curiosity, wore away all lament,
Carried on wings of cerebral tendrils so pure,
Bringing forth the promise that you’re for me,
And I yours
