I'm laying here watching Dexter, the episode where he proposes to his girlfriend. For some reason I start to think about my Shanny. Miscarriage
It's been exactly a week since my miscarriage. I am going through a rough time right now, so I decided to blog about it. Last Tuesday I went to my OB earlier than I wanted to. I called him with the issues I was having and he wanted me in the next day. I got there and I was worried that something was going wrong. I mean he really had to push things around to fit me in. My husband and I went to get the ultrasound done and my OB was silent for a second. I thought this can't be good. He told me there was no heartbeat could be that I wasn't as far along as I thought I was. He wanted me to come in Thursday to see if anything had changed. That night I had started sorry boys bleeding because he also told me there was a clot sitting next to the sac but, didn’t seem too concerned about it. By the time I got home I was cramping really bad. For about 4 hrs I laid on the couch with my husband and it started to get really bad. My husband told me that I needed to go to the hospital. Flight time. 2hrs Been in the air now for just over 2 hours, just about to fly over Alice Springs. Approximately 5 hours and 20 minutes to Singapore. Straight after the early dinner, the passenger in front of me laid her seat right back, ahhh claustaphobia! My Trusted Worker Bee
I have a great employee, Hes been with me for the last 10 years and I rely on him daily. Hes there ready to work every morning and is one of the last to shut down at night. I once learned the handy quote from a most unfortunate fortune cookie, "What's vice today, may be virtue tomorrow." This was my past and should remain it indefinitely, but it's made me realize that the most important part of making decisions is choosing those that reflect what your heart tells you. Sometimes it seems like we make decisions based that way when in actuality we're being uncreative and using those observed by others. That isn't how you get anywhere in life however, one needs to find the truth in their own hearts as hard as it might seem presently. As valid someones point may seem at the time, they may not be considering all the options or people you are. My Best Freind Is Dying.
That best freind would be my dog, Yoda. She has been my best freind for almost 16 years now. We have been through alot together. She's been there for me through my Ulcerative Colitis. I've been there for her through 3 cancer surgeries. It hasn't all been bad. In fact, most has been very good. She's a metal dog, I taught her to mosh as a puppy. I mean full on bodycheck.
