How's Your Weekend?
Just thought I'd drop in for a quick "HI", and see how everyone's weekend is going so far. Guess it's going pretty good on this end. I slept in, and that is always a favorite thing to do on the weekend...being the lazy person that I am...lol I got an email from Kirk. He's been away from home for a few days, working on a road crew about 2 hours from Mt. Gambier. He'll be gone for about 1 week, but the pay is great. He says it's a pretty neat job...and he's learned how to drive one of those big highway rollers...which he said was pretty awesome. The company supplies accomidations while they're working there, and they've got a little bungalow type place right on the beach. Can't get much better than that, I wouldn't think. He says he does miss his "girls" , though, especially now that Lilly is home, and then he has to take right off for this job. He has another one waiting that is closer to home, once this one is over. Limited Insanity
There are some point in life where people has been driven to a limited insanity where they can't deal with things anymore. I guess Im one of them but struggling to get through with life and I keep on crying because I know I ain't happy but for once I have moved on with alot of bullshit, and no.. sorry doesn't cut it from those who are apologetic because its too late to hear from them. Here is one that will really confuse you. After all this work, physical and mental now I'm going to give you a hard core truth, muscle is developed during rest. When you are working out you are tearing the muscles down so they can grow during recovery. That recovery is rest. So take a day off probably more often than you think you should. In fact if your fitness program is working good, you will probably think that you're goofing off. It takes a different form of discipline than you've used during workouts but it does take discipline for sure. A total day off will happen when you're a beginner or up to the intermediate levels of fitness. Body parts from China intended for a US laboratory have been mistakenly sent to a Michigan home by a delivery firm. The recipient, in Cascade near Grand Rapids, said her husband opened two packages - one containing a liver, the other a partial human head. It's About Time
I've been in bed almost non-stop since last Tuesday. Between migraines and mood swings there was not much worth being awake for. I woke for a session or two and cancelled others. About 4 this morning My neighbor came up here to hang out. Big Trip!
Just had to take a break during my last day of packing to let you all know what I'm up to. As of tomorrow, I'll be away from the TAP for over three weeks as I embark on my dream adventure. With a group of old & new friends (some so new I haven't even met them yet!), I'll be navigating nearly 230 miles of the Colorado River through the Grand Fucking Canyon!!! I've wanted to do this since I was a kid & learned of the canyon & it's history, long before I ever even considered becoming a whitewater raft guide. But now, with 10 years of river experience under my belt and a few good connections, I feel more than ready to tackle the challenge! We've all put so much hard work into getting all the logistics worked out for this expedition that, although not everything has worked out exactly as originally planned, I've got tons of faith in the others who'll be helping me lead this trip and we'll be sure to have an amazing time! Ok, so yesterday I posted a mumm question asking about blog topics and what people usually put in their blogs because I would like to make my blog entries a bit more interesting than they have been so far, so today I am going to look through some blogs online and hopefully come up with some interesting topics to use in the future. I also have a blog over in MSN Live Spaces that is a bit easier to use as far as topics because they have a list of premade topics to choose from if you want to use them or you can make your own. So far I've done a little bit of both and have come up with some ideas over there to post, so hopefully I can find some inspiration to use here as well. Anyway, that's pretty much going to be my day, also, be sure to tune into Crush FM from 3p.m.-6p.m. Eastern to listen to DJ Cracker and the rest of the awesome dj's over there.

I'm Such A Bad Friend
So I have all you people on my friends list and I know I never stop by to leave comments and stuff. I usually only do If I really find it necessary ya know? People get so mad when they bust their ass to leave comments and get nothing in return. I find that amusing in a way. It's the internet and so many people have so many other things to do. Yes, I sometimes feel bad that I don't spend much time on some friends pages. I show my love by looking and commenting on pics. Sorry, I love pictures. Leaving comments "just because" can get pretty exhausting and ends up being a waste of time. The last few days has been rough for me.. I went with a friend to take her son to go see his aunt, that had cancer and they only gave her at least 24 hours to live. While we were there she passed away. That is the 2nd person I had seen pass away and it has taken a toll on me.. My Depression
This a blog to let everyone know why I have been so depressed. I think one reason is its a genetic order that i got from my mom and I dont understand why I get so depressed maybe its because I cant handle the loss of my grandpa and now might be losing my mom as well so if I lose my mom that will be the end of it. Its the day after the funeral, and we got food and flowers everywhere. Dads already pretty much got the mountaineer sold, so i gota rent something to take to MTAC in april. But anyways, The wake was really nice, they made mom look like just like right before she got sick. 3 Weeks To Go
Well I hasve been here on the continent now for 3 months and I have 3 weeks left before the ship arrives to take me back to Australia. This has been the most pleasurable and memorable experirnce of my life. I certainly would recommend a trip over here . or at least a flight here. I have been skiing on snow and ice where no man has ever been before and I get paid to do it. All those people that pay hundreds or thousands of dollars to ski the alps or Aspen or St Moritz ned their heads read. I ski here with 5 people and no one to bother us. We can place our skis anywhere we like and not bother about anyone taking them. We have areas where we can see the most spectacular ice cliffs and ice bergs, see penguins and seals and whales. This is truly one spectacular place to go to. I hope that I get the opportunity to come here againj.

I received a call this morning that my father in law passed away at 4:30am. He lost his battle with Lung Cancer. About 5 years ago Freddie was diagnosed and has battled the disease with a dignity and strength that has amazed me. yeah, so....i'm doing karaoke with my roommate. so far i sang: 3 kelly clarkson songs 6 avril lavigne songs 5 songs from chicago the musical 1 madonna song 5 disney songs now thor, my roommate is singing 80's songs. fun stuff! but yeah...so i basically put on a concert. and i plan on singing more! i think next i will sing great balls of fire. it's pretty much one of the best songs ever. hey i think that song "i ran...i ran so far awaaaay" is about me. auburn hair...and eyes that hypnotize. without sounding stuck up, that is. people just always seem to comment on my eyes...so yeah... my cat scratched my thigh. i was picking him up to cuddle...and his claw dug into my thigh then pulled across...leaving a track mark. no good. it hurt. it still hurts. and it was bleeding. feel sorry for me...you know you want to :P now the cat is sitting on the coffee table rubbing on thor while he sings. yay! the next song is "don't you forget about me" i love it...

Today
I covered a basketball game today for the newspaper I contribute to. I get 15 bucks for each photo. I was on the floor behind the line near the 3 point arch and I was looking down at my pics and deleting the bad ones, when a losse ball took a stupid soft bounce and bounced right on my flash unit. It split the hot-shoe mount and now the flash won't work. I bought this camera a few months ago for $6,000.00 and now I have to send it out for repair. I am guessing it will be a $500 dollar fix for a lousy $15 job. Somedays it just doesn't pay to go to work ........ If ya care you can show me some luv and make a bad day a little better Kevin

Damn Women Drivers!
This morning on the freeway, I looked over to my left and there was a WOMAN in a brand new Cadillac doing 65 mph with her face up next to her rear view mirror putting on her eyeliner. I looked away for a couple seconds and when I looked back she was halfway over in my lane, still working on that makeup. As a man, I don't scare easily, but she scared me so much; I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked the donut out of my other hand. In all the confusion of trying to straighten out the car using my knees against the steering wheel, it knocked my cell phone away from my ear which fell into the coffee between my legs, splashed, and burned Big Jim and the Twins, ruined the damn phone, soaked my pants, and disconnected an important call. Damn women drivers!

Just watched the news a good friend of mine was celebrating his 50th birthday lastnight and was leaving a bar. As he crossed the street 2 cars where drag racing and both hit him neither stopped! He is in critical condition... A witness said his skull was protruding out of his forehead..so it is bad..please keep him in ur prayers...ty...kisses

Difficult Call Today!!!!
I knew with I started this job the day would come that I would have to handle a death investigation involving a child or adolescent individual. Well today was that day. I got the call this afternoon of a 3yo girl involved in a serious accident. On my way there, I was working myself into the call. I know I give off the persona of this gruff take it on the cuff guy that never lets things get to him... well today got to me. I will get passed this, don't worry about me... I just need some time! A message I have for anyone that reads this... DON'T take your kids for granted... HUG THEM every chance you get!!! You just never know when an accident is going to happen.

hello..my name is tyler i was born in lions ks october 31st,1981 at 5:00am my mother which i refuse to talk about for certain reason left me with my grandmother due to the fact that she was an unfit mother i have a sister which she put up for adoption so i have no clue who my sister is or where she is.in 1992 i ended up getting sick with a fever of 105 so i was brought into hospital so they could run tests and do exrays and what not they ended up finding what was making me sick and did surgery they removed my appendics and cut out a puss pocket size of docs fist my intestants were punctured and that was what poisoned me i was in hospital for almost a month after surgery i was a mess. Any ways here i am 2007 25 years old and living a happy life even though i was put through hell and back i lived through it all and i for my mom who thinks i'm dead it's better off that way. i got my licenense like over a week ago and happy i did now i can drive around and do what i want when i want
