Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup milk 1/4 cup Velveeta® cheese 1/2 bag Tostitos® Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips Directions: BROWN beef and onion in skillet. Drain. well i finaly got the new brag bike engine fired up on tuesday night i was tickled it fired rite up .only spun over about 3 times after i primed the oil system and then after about 30-45 seconds in to the breakin @1'800rpm it started smoking and i mean smoking (mosqueto foger)so i shut it down looked over my check list nope i did every thing rite so i pulled the plugs to see witch cylinder was pumping oil and guess what .the plugs wer perfict all 4 of them so now im realy bent outa shape its like wtf. so i pulled the header off and low and behold my head bilder that ported this head ground somuch out of the exhaust port he got into the oil gally so i call him up and he said o yah it happens a lot im like wtf man so he said pull it off and send it back and hell weld it up im like ok how long is this gona take and he sed i dont know so i now have a bike with a dismantled engine thats going to the next how ever many points races (damb it)....................go figure

Yesterday
Well yesterday was a pretty bad day for me...got home from work and started to mow the lawn, which is needed very badly, and of course it starts raining. So go in the house and receive a call from my mother who informs me that my daughter is sick and I need to come and take her to the hospital. So I take her to the emergency room and low and behold she has Strep throat again for the 2nd time in 2 months! My mom then decides to have her foot x-rayed while we are there since it has been hurting her for 2 weeks now...low and behold she has a spiral break of the 5th metatarsal of her right foot!!! Holy crap and she has been walking around on it for 2 weeks and going to work everyday!!

Update
So. I obviously got my pregnancy confirmed. Robyn said the baby is growing perfectly and that so far everything is going good. I have my next appointment June 22 (right before I go to NJ for a week) and I'll get to hear her (or his) heartbeat. then I'll probably have another one 2-4 weeks later at which point, robyn will tell me when my ultrasound is to find out the gender. Im really hoping for a girl. Partially cause we have a lot of girl names we agree on. Coq au Vin Ingredients: One chicken cut into eight pieces 3 oz. oil 1 cup of frozen pearl onions 1 cup of mushroom, washed and with the stem removed 8 oz of red wine 8 oz chicken broth 2 tablespoon fresh and softened butter 2 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon thyme 1 bay leaf 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 slices of bacon Chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Dice the bacon. In a large skillet heat the oil and add the chicken. Brown well on all sides. Remove from skillet. Add bacon and brown slightly. Then add the mushrooms and onions and lightly saute. so here's the story: I've got 2 wisdom teeth that are causing me problems. I can't wait to get them taken out. My aunt Michelle is a receptionist for an oral surgeon.. and she talked to him.. and since I don't have insurance and she's my aunt, he's going to do it for free. I go today to get my x-rays done.. then Friday, June 15th is when I go to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I'm nervous about it, but they are going to put me to sleep. and I'm gonna have to be off work for a few days.. so Friday is a good day of the week to do it on since I don't work weekends.

I Almost Died Yesterday...
I went to dairy queen and ate a sundae with NO NUTS well come to find out some how I got a little tiny peice of a peanut on the icecream I am deathly allergic to them... and have almost croaked from them in the pass, not 5 minutes after I ate the ice cream my throat started to sweell I couldnt swallow and I broke out... pooter took me to the ER and they rushed me right in and gave me an IV of steroids to stop the break out and then shot me with some Epinephrene (which is adreniline) and I was freakin out.. I coulld sit still because it makes your heart race... I was so scared... I have to work today... But I almost met my maker yesterday over a damn nut... I tell people everyday you never know what might happen and I try to live everyday like its my last but... I am to young to go yet.... peace

This recipe serves: 6 Ingredients 3 oranges, peeled and cut into sections (remove all membranes) juice of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon chopped, fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon canola oil 6 center-cut, boneless pork loin chops,about 1-inch thick salt to taste freshly ground black pepper Cooking Instructions 1. Sicilian Pasta Pesto Salad
2 lbs. ziti, penne, or other pasta, cooked Pesto Sauce: 2 cups fresh basil leaves, chopped 1/2 cup walnut or pine nuts (optional) 4-6 large cloves garlic, minced or pressed 1 cup olive oil 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese 3-4 anchovies, blended (optional) 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes dash of black pepper salt to taste Place the olive oil into a small saucepan add the garlic, red pepper, grated imported Parmesan cheese and herbs and spices. Crush the anchovies into the oil until blended. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute and immediately remove from heat. Pour this mixture over cooked hot pasta, stir well, and serve with bruschetta. Can also be served at room temperature.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/4 stick butter 1 cap full Mrs. Dash (regular or chipotle) 1 large onion 1 green pepper 1/4 brown sugar lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, tortillas Slice chicken into long strips, place in pan with half of the butter and Mrs. Dash. Cook until done and lightly browned. Stir in a small amount of water or chicken broth and the brown sugar. Cook until caramelized. Chop the pepper and onions into strips and rings, sauté in a separate skillet with the remaining butter. Cook until onions are caramelized and peppers have crispy edges. These fajitas are really easy to make and a little different because they're sweet and spicy.

Crispy Chicken Tacos
INGREDIENTS: 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 750ml water 1 bay leaf 1/4 onion, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 16 soft corn tortillas 125ml corn or vegetable oil 16 cocktail sticks 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded 300g soured cream pico de gallo guacamole (optional) PREPARATION: 1. Put the chicken breast in a small saucepan and cover with the water. Add the bay leaf, onion and salt. Bring to the boil and skim off any film that comes to the surface. Simmer gently for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Leave to cool and shred lightly with your fingers. Reserve. 2. Take a soft tortilla, put some shredded chicken breast in the centre and spread into a thin sausage shape. Roll the tortilla. The taco should resemble a spring roll. Secure with a cocktail stick. 3. I started to develop a liking for the darker side of music, movies and art around the time my brother introduced me to GWAR... so around 13. My brother often talked about gruesome things, probably trying to gross out his little sister and only sibling, but insted it sparked more of an amused following from me than a retreat from his presence. It's some of the mouldie oldie music that I like from the seventies, eighties and nineties. I'm sure it will annoy some people when they arrive and the random shuffling feature is on some noisy track (like Lizzy Borden just annoyed me, even if I do like it). I couldn't find a lot of things to put there, but I was surprised at some I did find. I have a huge CD collection at home and many of the albums are rare and not easily found. When I do find them they are invariably imports with high prices. I'm a big fan of Tony Carey, for example.

My First Cd
Actually, I got 2 CDs at the same time. I think I was 10, I may have been 11. One was the Motion Picture Soundtrack of The Big Chill and the other was C&C Music Factory. Both came from my mom's subscription to Reader's Digest. I had always loved music. I started music classes with viola, chorus and piano in 2nd grade, when I was 7. I stayed in chorus every year since then, quit viola completely and taught myself piano later after learning to read music through chorus. I started off liking the classic rock and roll vinyls my father would put on as he taught me to play pool. At the time, my mom was into oldies and that sparked my love for that genre. The love for both rock and roll and oldies has stayed with me thoughout my life so far. Then as Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer, NKOTB and other poppy stuff came out on MTV I plastered my walls with the posters of the performers in teeny bopper magazines. Decided On My Next Car

What True Friends Are!
Some of yall know of that saying, "Nice guys finish last", well I know two of those guys, They are two of the most wonderful men out there, Both very caring, very loving. Well, considering that I have to work at 1130am tomarrow/today...Im going to make this nice and simple. Yes, I did have a problem saving my money and spending it wisely a few years ago. Hi all it's Thursday, and today was pretty good for me. Got alot accomplished around the house and all, still need to go to my mom's bank and cash the $100 check she gave me for working at her house. I have been doing alot of thinking and deciding that I am gonna be taking accounting courses this fall. My kids are the world to me. On 5/29/2007 my son brushed death by less then the thickness of paper. He was playing in the back yard while I was helping my sister clean up all the old junk. Current mood: sad Category: Blogging March 21,2007 I took all the kids to dentist today.Had an excellent day till I had to take them to the house.My very real home ever.I was sick to my stomach as I pull up in the drive.I see all the thing that have changed the bradford pears are in bloom and he has put some posts and much around them.It looks really nice.My fish pond in in disrepair thoug and I wonder if my fish are still living.Inside the house is freshly painted and prob have the hardwood floors I wanted down but he never found the time to do.It makes me sad to send to my kids in with a hug and kiss and knowing that i was going back to my house by myself.
