I Am A Giant Klutz
I’m sure some of you will be laughing at me but I’ve resigned myself to that, lol. So anyway, last Thursday I got home from USD and was pretty wiped out and I decided to take a little nap before work. Stupid me forgot to set an alarm and I woke up to discover I only had 15 minutes to get to work on time (and I hate being late, it’s a pet peeve of mine). I had left my backpack on the living room floor because when I raced in there to hunt for my visor, I tripped over it. Total comedy movie type of trip, I went flying. so i get a call the other day on bruce's cell phone... it was my obgyn and apparently they have been trying to get ahold of me for over 3 weeks now...i guess i had an irregular pap and they want to run some more extensive tests they think i could possibly have cervical cancer... i wouldnt b as bothered by this accept for the fact that both my sister and grandmother on my mom's side have had it and had to have a hysterectomy...i am terrified...i want to have another child!!

Phlebotomists (the Vampires Of The Medical Field)
ok.. So today I went to my doctors office and... Yet again... they had me get my blood drawn again. I have been getting irritated lately by the phlebotomists that work at my Doctors office. I have gone through the courses for phlebotomy...but no matter back to the subject at hand... So I went in to get my blood drawn and as the phlebotomist prepared to draw my blood I watched her carefully (telling them to draw it out of my hand because my vains are small and roll as it is...)AS she cleaned and prepared the spot she was going to draw blood I noticed she wasn't wearing gloves.. no big deal.. HOWEVER as she went to draw my blood she also did not put gloves on. Now I know to her it was no big deal.. the gloves are more for protection of the phlebotomist over the patient. Even still it is against health regulations and if OSHA or any other company coming in to do a health inspection did one... they would be in trouble. Aside from that here is my thing... Earlier today, I moved most of my plants out to the patio so they can enjoy the summer sun and the fresh (albeit polluted) air. Then I went back inside, and my dining room--where I normally work--seemed empty. Lifeless. Feeling jealous of the plants, I moved a table and some chairs out to my patio so I could sit here and, ostensibly, work. I have my laptop, a beverage, some cigs. This should work, no? Today Is Day 5 With The Baby Kitten
Still surviving! I was mowing the lawn on Saturday and when I started the mower a HUGE cat bolted from beneathe the kids' playset in the back yard. So I have been a bit thoughtful lately about my own behavior..on here anyway. To preface I think I should reveal that in "real life" I am very repressed and live a fairly boring life. Get a divorce." The billboard featured photos of a scantily clad woman and a shirtless man and was an ad for Chicago divorce attorney Corri Fetman. The display drew criticism from some residents in the Rush Street neighborhood and from other lawyers, who say the ad sullies their profession. Quitting
I recently quit smoking, and i can tell you this from the headaches to the nawing thoughts of going and finding smokes, I can tell you this much I wish I didn't want to quit, but i am quitting so i don't want to go back, i live with another smoker, and that doesn't help at the end of the day when he gets here, and smokes like a freight train, I hope i don't gain weight, but right now just to get the headaches to go away I would not care if i gained a hundred pounds. The next thing I wanna say is that there should not be thoughts of wanting a cigarette, i should be happy that i quit, but i can't help it. Right now I just wish someone would shoot me and get it over with.

Ok, So...I had this discussion with a good friend of mine a couple of days ago about my opinion of golf. This is how it comes off to me. Golf is somewhat of a "sport", but honestly it's an excuse. But the state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection says those deals are too good: They violate Wisconsin's Unfair Sales Act, which requires stations to sell gas for about 9.2 percent more than the wholesale price. Roger Clemens to Yankees is still the talk of the town in New York, and frankly, the talk of the sporting world. A few interesting things that have shaken out in the past couple of days: 1. That the Yankees were not willing to make the "personal allowances" in the contract last season due to the presence of Randy Johnson. According to Clemens' agent, Randy Hendricks, on the Mike & Mike Show this morning, the Yankees made it clear in December that this would not be problem for them in 2007. The other night we watched a movie called, "Flags of our Fathers." During the movie, I pointed out the radio broadcast of "Tokyo Rose." She had the best music on her station. No band affected the metal world more than Pantera during the early to mid-'90s. Update On Whats Going On In My Life
Hey everyone, Just an update on what has been going on with me. My wife is still in Chicago but will be home this Saturday. She is bringing her uncle along to stay with us for a while. He is a diabetic and his kidneys are failing. He has to have dialysis 3 times a week, and a special diet. He also recently became mostly blind due to the vessels in his eye starting bleeding filling them with blood. That results in light not being able to penetrate. He is undergoing laser surgeries to cauterize the vessels so they will stop bleeding. Once that is completed and his body absorbs the blood he will regain his vision. The down side is they can only do a few at a time, so it is unknown when all will be completed. As soon as his sight returns he is presently planning to continue his move to Florida to live with his sister. Kim is considering donating one of kidneys to him so they may be down for that as well which will mean a little longer stay with us. I keep telling my friends my hou

My Deployment Date And Time
I just found out this morning that I will be leaving Friday. I have to be at my company at 3:45 to get my weapon and have our bags loaded onto a truck. We will be split into 2 groups. One groups will leave at 11:00 and the other group which I am in will be leaving at 1:00 am Saturday morning. We will have a lay over in Germany. Then off to Kuwait where we will be for about 3 to 4 weeks. Hopefully I will have internet before too long after that. Until then, Love to all
