Life With Or Without Regrets?
So I'm sitting at work today thinking about the things happening in my life. The people that I've met, the friends that I've made & the people that I've loved. The friends that I've lost touch with & the ones I regret. It kinda breaks down like this: The people I regret: I regret my ex-husband. I never should've married him. BUT if I hadn't I wouldn't have my son. And for all the trouble & hard times he gave me, I still love him (my son) to bits and pieces & have no clue what I would do without him. What Are The Odds? (part 2)
To truely tell this story, I must go back to the month before my accident. On 10/6/02 my daughter and I were on our way home from her softball practice. As we drove by the highschool (going from a single lane to two lanes), a woman exited the parking lot and pulled into the right turn only lane. As I approached the intersection, she made a U-turn in front of me. Needless to say, this accident totalled the small Jeep Cherokee that I was driving. No one was significantly hurt in the accident. However, it always amazed me that someone would actually pull a U-turn from a right turn only lane. So, by the middle of November I bought a new car. About Sending Forwards

This is another poem, written by me.. it's kind of a dark, strange piece of writing, at least that is how I feel about it. I've never been quite sure of why I felt the things I felt, or why I decided to write the poem like I did (ie: words out of place, etc..). I think it just fit my mood at the time, jumbled confusion.. your presence left a cold shadow of doubt this room hasn't been the same since you expressed your dark desires and i listened.. i felt them you said it would be alright.. and i believed i believed you and you said it wouldn't hurt.. it did and i knew you couldn't stay but i did it anyway when you whispered you loved me i was lost and it didn't seem right but i know it wasn't wrong and this room, just isn't the same.

Home Again
Dallas was a blast. I loved it. Three days.. and it was packed with so much fun stuff. Thank you to Jeff for all his kindness in showing me around. Thank you to Dee and to all the other friends I met. Thank you to Renee who became my friend. And most of all, special thanks to DFW for *everything*. Coming home was okay. I had to get my act together for work, but I was still wound up from the trip. Ended up not getting to bed until after 1 or so.. and having to get up by 6ish for work the next day. A Little Glimpse Into Who I Am. (part 1)
Recently, a good friend of mine told me that I needed to post a pic of my tattoo. Well, I figured that if I was going to post one that I might as well explain a little bit about it's meaning. That's Still Good
A couple days ago I sorted through a dozen large moving boxes filled with papers. Three years of accumulated pulp--class notes, cards from friends and family, gardening catalogs, unread magazines. I made it through everything, and all that remains is neatly organized into two drawers of a filing cabinet. In the process of sorting through all this paper, I found a lot of things I'd been missing... like my tax refund check and $50 in Amazon gift certificates. And about $2,400 worth of receipts that I need to turn in for reimbursement. Oops. I suppose it's a good thing I cleaned. Doggy A Nervous Wreck
Ive had my chocolate lab ( Kodiak) since he was 8 pounds,at 8 weeks old. We have always treated him as our baby. Really love him and treat him as our child. Two years ago we got another female Lab. She was a puppy but not as young as Kodiak was when we got him. They got along great until just recently, he is whimpering and crying when she is in the hallway blocking his way. She growls at him when he comes inside and gets too close to the shared water bowl. Since Kodiak had a vets visit last week i told the Vet about his behavior. He suggested some antidepressents... So here it is seeing as my shoutbox when nuts when i mentioned it and i couldnt keep up with responses. YES, i am thinking of leaving Fubar...it is just taking too much of my time. I know i could just take a "break" but being in the top 100, (which i worked hard to get to) is not an easy feat...and i hate to watch it all slip away because im not here. Ya know, I would love to not get another call from my boss today- but I'm not counting on it. Set schedule this week? HA. Hardly. This recipe makes: 36 strawberries Preparation time : 20 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes Ingredients 2 pints strawberries, stems intact 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate 1 teaspoon canola oil Cooking Instructions 1. Friends?
So I just went through and cleaned out my friends list. I went from 83 "friends" down to 34. The 34 that I kept are people that I have talked to in the last month or those that take the time to actually check my stuff out. Life---how Confusing???
How can someone so sure about life before now be so confused by it and fate itself. I'm not one to be content with the way things are. I am constantly trying to better myself and those around me. I'm not a judgemental person don't get me wrong. I usually accept all people and am pretty patient with them too. But I just don't see how most people have the opportunity to make a better life for theirselves and just decide not to take it. How can they be content with having nothing or should I say with what they have and where they are in life. Myself, I want more. I feel held back from what I could be and what I could have in my life. Most of the time I let my feelings and others feelings get in the way of me getting anywhere. My Mood
If anyone cares as to why I am in a bad mood (which I highly doubt) yesterday I got into an argument with a friend and I snapped to the point where I shoved her and stepped on her foot at the same time. Instantaneously I had flashbacks of all the times I was abused by my father as a child and I got this fear that I am turning into him. He abused me from the time I was 5 until I was about 14, and from there when he stopped abusing me I started cutting myself as my way of dealing with stress. Now I have reached the point where I just want to crawl into a hole and die because I am afraid that if I reacted the way I did to just a friend, I will do the same if not worse to my wife. She doesn't deserve that nor does anyone else, and I don't want to put anyone thru that. Sad News
Ok well my mom went to the doctor today and noone on the family knew the real reason why. We just all thought that it was a routine visit for her blood pressure because she never told any of us anything differant. Well come to find out she went for a very differant reason..Apparantly she has had a lump in her neck for almost a year and the doctor said it is either a cyst or a tumor...they wouldnt xray it for fear of the radiation...so she goes next week for a biopsy...please will u all pray for my mom that it is just a cyst and not a tumor. Me and my mom are very close and if anything happened to her i would completely lose it.

Sick And Tired Of
Im actually getting really sick and tired of holding something against me that isnt my fault. I was charged with a Class A misdemeanor back in October and sentenced in December for it. I spend that time between when I was first charged and when I was sentenced in jail, basically two months. So I am having computer trouble. My computer likes to just reboot itself at random times when I am using it. There is no warning screen, it simply reboots and I get really pissed off. My internet connection is constantly reseting itself too. I'll be on yahoo messenger and it disconnects almost after every message I receive or send. WTF!!! Ok over the past about year and a half I have been having, every once in awhile, very crazy and thought provoking dreams that are so intense they are seemingly real. 1.) what to do, what to do? yet again im confused. i spend half my life being confused bout something but hey if i knew everything then my life would b so boring and i would have nothing to talk bout. lol. ok i recived a phone call from someone i never in a million years thought would ever talk to me again. and it was great talkin to him again. i have missed him so much that words dont even began to explain how i felt when i heard his voice, then when i saw his face it reminded me of how wonderful he really is. but yet i know i cant totally have him like i want due to his living situation and some other stuff. but just to have him back in my life means so much. i was so mad at him and heartbroken at some of the things he said and did to me in the past, but in a way it all makes sence and no one is perfect so i have to look past that stuff and see whats really up. try to figure out what he is thinkin and what he wants in his life. apperently he has been thinkin bout me and missed me enough
