A Day In The Life Of A Figure Model
Today was a full day. I went to my first shoot at 9am. The body paint artist was late so we didn't start til about 10:20am. It took 3 hours to paint me, 5 mins to shoot, 30 mins to scrub the paint off at the studio (then another 10 min. shower when I got home to get the spots I missed), kissed my husband, pet the dogs, then to my second shoot at 4:30pm. Prayers For My Son
I just wanted my friends to pray for my son. He is 12 and he had to go in to emergercy surgery earllier today. He is doing better but have a long road to get better. He had pain all weekend and took him to the doctor and said to take him over to Bryan H to have the surgery. The reason for the surgery is to remove one of his testicles. It had twisted and cutt off blood curcultion to the ball area. So it had to be removed. I pray for him and all I ask is for ur prayers as he deals with his current and long going situation. Women's World Hockey: Results Day 6
Today was a looong day. Hell, I've had a lot of those lately but I just have one more to get through and then I can start looking at getting caught up on some much needed sleep. Today's final Playoff results were as follows: Russia 4, Germany 1 Sweden 4, Switzerland 0 Canada 5, Finland 0 So..as expected Canada beat Finland for the second time and Finland lost for the second night in a row. Quickie
1) i'm hella tired 2) went to rehab this morning again and i will have to continue with that for the ankle 4 sessions mroe 3) went to doctor and he said i need rehab for the upper part of leg (i have coagulated blood encapsulated and with massage and rehab will get reabsorbed), and pills for the pain and something else 4) tomorrow i go to the other doctor to give him the result of the urea breath test and see what meds i need for this treatment this time to kill that stupid bacteria 5) my feet hurts.... stupid new shoes 6) it's early and i'm going to sleep early 7) it's colder now... but still the incredible mosquitos are alive! I started a new office job recently and now work odd hours 11am - 8pm. I have been putting in over time on top of it, so by the time I get home at 8pm I am ready to rest and relax with the family. Hopefully soon I will be used to it, and can prioritize my time.

I can remember after the deputy sheriff led me away in handcuffs, the uncanny joy that I was experiencing! I was not high or drunk on any thing for once in my life. The best way to get someone to do somthing you want them to do, is to make them want to do it without asking them. Two Patients
TWO PATIENTS Boy, if this doesn't hit the nail on the old head, I don't know what does! Two patients limp into two different medical clinics with the same complaint. Both have trouble walking and appear to require a hip replacement. The FIRST patient is examined within the hour, is x-rayed the same day and has a time booked for surgery the following week. The SECOND sees his family doctor after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, then waits 8 weeks to see a specialist, then gets an x-ray, which isn't reviewed for another week and finally has his surgery scheduled for a month from then. Why the different treatment for the two patients? The FIRST is a Golden Retriever. The SECOND is a Senior Citizen. Next time take me to a vet.

My Easter
My Easter was great. went over to my Aunt Betty house...we had Easter Dinner; Ham, mash potatoes, chessy veggies, dinner rolls, stuffed eggs, Chocolate cake, & Mixed Angel Fruit. I loved the fruit...blue berrys, grapes, bannas, Angel food cake, banna pudding, Strawberries, & pineapple was in it. :) It was all very yummy. April Is Autism Awareness Month
April is Autism Awareness Month. This has special meaning to me, since my son is in the autism spectrum disorder. If you don't know what autism is, think of Dustin Hoffman in The Rain Man. Granted that is on the more extreme end. There is so much to still learn about this disorder. The number of kids with it has grown. You wouldn't know it by looking at my son that he has a form of autism. Lucky for him, he isn't totally emotionally detached. It is so important that parents of young kids be aware of their development & never brush anything off. The sooner it can be detected, the sooner they can implement therapy. It was just before he turned 2 that red flags went off. He was losing speech learned, had repetive behavior, would do quirky things like flapping hands all the time, constantly on tippy toes & banging his head. Well my uncle is dying and there is nothing I can do...which makes me feel helpless. My father died of cancer and now my fav uncle is dying of cancer and I can't even be there to help him out. Well, I've Torn My Acl Playing Paintball~;(>
I was playing paintball last week and hyperextended my knee, holy shit it was painful. I went to the doctor the next day and they sent me to get an MRI. Today (a week later) they finally let me know what is wrong. I tore my ACL which is pionted out here. So now I have to let it heal for three weeks and then I guess they are going to do reconstruction with a graft from another tendon, they basically drill a tunnel through my bones and slide it up in there. Then they bolt it in place, yep sounds like fun, right~;)> Can't wait~;)> Then I need to keep it clean and go through alot of phisical therapy. Hopefully I won't need a brace everytime I paintball, but maybe it would be a good idea to have one. Today was a very weird day indeed. I clocked in and everything at seven am...and I went straight to Junior dresses and it took 5 1/2 hours to work everything out and get it all sorted and crap. So when I got off work I went to my mom's job to take her a check... When I got home I ate like popcorn, cheese, crackers and candy. I felt so bad that I got on the Gazelle for 30 minutes and then the Ab Lounger. So all in all I did 2.32 miles on the Gazelle and even on there I burned 280.6 calories plus however how many I burned while doing my ab lounger. I am so proud of myself and from now on...no more junkfoods, no more cokes...and when I go out to eat it has to be healthy. Yes I know...I'm always falling off the bandwagon but I can't help it. And now that all these pretty clothes are coming out and all these gorgeous dresses are coming out I want to lose the weight to be able to wear them. I miss Teddy. And I know for sure that he's in a good college. Florida State University is well

Should I?
I am considering starting dancing again. Only part time maybe a day or two a week just to build up some funds quickly. In order to do so I would need new clothes atleast 2 sets which I can probably come up with for under $100.00 but it would be pushing it. Though I could make it back probably in one night. Unsure of what to do. I really don't miss dancing. I do miss the money and financial stablility would be great right now. I also miss the shape I used to be in and if I started again I am sure I could get back in shape quickly and would be able to afford the gym membership to start it off. If I started dancing again what do you think?

Personal Grooming
For the men: if you are going to complain that when you go down on a woman, she's all hairy, and doesn't trim, then you better be trimmed. I don't like going down on hairy women, but I keep trimmed. My rule is I don't like going down on a girl with more hair down there than me. But guys..you can't expect her to shave for you, then think she's going to be happy burying her nose in your afro crotch. For the women (some, not all): if you know you're going on a date with a guy, and there's even the smallest chance, do some grooming. I had a friend of mine recently say she didn't know what to do because she hadn't shaved before hand, and she was embarrassed. I told her next time, just shave to be careful. If the guy is smart, he'll appreciate what you've done and give you back the attention you put into yourself. But once again, guys.. just take some trimmers. You don't have to shave it all off, but trim it. Be nice and show her some consideration too.
