Ducks Eat For Free At Subway
I was in downtown Boise Idaho and I saw a duck. I knew the duck was lost, because ducks aren't supposed to be downtown. There's nothing for 'em there. So I went to a Subway sandwich shop. I said, "Let me have a bun." She wouldn't sell me just the bun, she said it had to have something on it. She said it's against Subway regulations to sell just the bun. I guess the two halves aren't supposed to touch. So, I said, "All right, put some lettuce on it." "That'll be $1.75!" I said, "It's for a duck!" "Oh, then it's free." I did not know that. Ducks eat for free at Subway! Had I known that, I would have ordered a much larger sandwich. "Let me have the steak fajita sub, and don't bother ringing it up - it's for a duck! There are six ducks out there, and they all want Sun Chips!"

Wanna-bees
I had a run in with a wanna-be security guard at work this week and it got me thinking of how some people take their jobs waaaayyyy to seriously. There are some people who have nick-named this guy "Barney Fife" but I'm quick to point out the fact that Barney was allowed to carry one bullet and a gun. Patrick doesn't have either! Then there are others who call him "Gomer" (as in Pyle). I point out to them that Gomer at least made it into the Marines. But maybe they will take anybody. Patrick has no military training! Anywhoooo.... he seemes to think that he owns the parking garage of the hospital that I work for and I was apparently the first one to refute that claim! Like I said it just got me thinking of all the people that take their jobs way too seriously. I can't help it that they aren't qualified for better jobs! Lighten up people! IT'S ONLY A JOB!

Tag And Pierce Run!
Well it's that time of year for me again to gather all of my friends for our annual tag and pierce run. We've been doing this now for the past 10 yrs or so. I gather up my friends and we go and get tagged and pierced. Then we usually go out for a few and hang out on my dock. Although Jason will not be attending. So I'm a little teensy bit late for Creative Writing and I get the 'look of death' from my teacher who then launches into a speech about the importance of being on time. Living Alone
Living alone can be h2ll but it also can have its good points. If you want to invite someone over, no kids, only pets. You can leave the house messy if you want, no one knows. Moved To Sarasota
Well, I've been here in Sarasota for one week now, and I love it. I set up a webcam on my computer in Ohio and one here with me. My son loves to talk to and see me on it. Five more weeks before I head back up north, and then about six more weeks before my family moves down here with me. Today has been one of those crappy days. It's April but according to mother nature it's definately not spring, yet. The snow is falling. Just enough to make one sigh. White Fox
Craziest dream last night. Finally remembered all of it. I was in an animal shelter and I was looking around doing my thing. I see out of the corner of my eye a white fox that was wicked beautiful so I went to the cage. It ate its way through the cage and was totally fine around me. I started to walk away from it and it came up to me and bit my calf. People say you can't feel pain in dreams but I sure as shit felt that bite. Those Old Memories
I talked to my best friend today. We have an amazing relationship. We've been best friends since she was in 6th grade and I was a freshman in highschool. That was eons ago because I'm 33 now. 1 Older, But 1 Wiser?
So I am now 24, my birthday was last Saturday. I've never put too much in birthdays. I don't really care that I have been on the earth one more year then I was last year.. seems moot to me. August 23, 2006 Well this is the day I start my diary, me and my family have just moved into our new home, its pretty much in the middle of nowhere our closest neighbor lives about 5 miles away from us, just empty fields of quiet. Tomorrow
Tomorrow I'll be taking a much needed step onto the road of recovery. I called and spoke with his family and I've found that one of the biggest fears of mine was completely unfounded. I wasn't ready to lose the entire family just yet, and maybe I never will be. His parents are kickass people and I love them and hold them very dear to my heart. Update On My Foot!
Okay so on Feb 21, 2007 I slipped on a wet mat and "sprained" my ankel. Well, little did I know come to find out on April 2, 2007 my doctor told me it is not a sprain it is a torn ligament and a contusion inside on top of my foot. The doctor said it was almost a slight fracture. So now I will have to were my NEW boot for 2-3 more weeks. What Fun! Oh well it could be worse. That's my Foot Update!

2 Days To Go
I only have to fall asleep here 2 more nights! Then home sweet home. I can't sit still; im so excited that my hands sweat when i think about it too long. Wake Up!
My doorbell rang really early this morning, i had been working a night shift the night before so i was out cold, i wrapped a blanket around my shoulders and answered the door. There were two women at the door, one of them apologised for waking me then tried to get me to accept some jesus pamphlet that had the headline WAKE UP! Yes - one of our least favorite subjects again - Gas Prices - but not the usual bitching, complaining, moaning, griping, whining about prices. But rather wondering about the decisions people make. At a fairly busy intersection on my way to work, there are 3 gas stations. This morning the Marathon station had Unleaded Regular for $ 2.619, the BP station had it for $ 2.649 and the 7-11 had it for $ 2.699. Guess which station had the most cars getting gas at the time I happened to drive by... The damn 7-11 station with their Venezuelan CITGO gasoline. If I had gas 8 cents a gallon cheaper across the street, I would go there -- and in this case even more so in order to avoid buying gasoline from that bastard CHAVEZ. Ex-wives
I am divorced with 2 kids a 8 yr old daughter and a 6yr old son. We hae joint custody of the children. My son was born with brain damage and mentally is mentally at the level of a 4 4 1/2. He goes to public school but of course the work is modified. My children and I hae a very good relationship and they are truly the lig of my life. I et lunch with them at school at least once a week sometimes more. I go to every practice or performance they have. MY sons class had a school program this morning at school and no one ever told me about it. I missed it. His teacher called me this afternoon saying he was crying that his daddy wasnt there. I had no idea it was takign palce. The teacher informed me that she had sent a note home and had included an extra copy home askign their mother to forward it to me. I was so sad for my son and extremely preturbed with my ex. She didnt tell me because she and her new hubby (that she met when they were both patients at a mental hospital and she knew t

Trends In Relationships.
I've noticed something crutial to my development as a human being: I keep falling in love only to be let down. Adam was the catalyst to this thought, but I started thinking back, and realized the same thing happened with James and with Chuck. Adam was going to marry me... he and I arrived at the courthouse 2 hours too early, then, suddenly, he stopped loving me. James gave me a ring as well, then told me I was being too clingy. Granted, the break up with James was completely my stupid misunderstanding, but the bottom line is: it happened there too. Chuck actually did marry me, then I was too much for him to handle. My Gripe: Some People In My Cam Chat!
YES.. I have placed my webcam (made possible by stickam) on my profile! I DID NOT, however, put it there for your entertainment. I really get irked when someone enters my chat and thinks it's and open invitation to harrass or direct, among other things! My Gripe: Fake People/fake Pics
Are points REALLY that important to you people? I'm honestly sick of going to a profile, start rating pics, and after a dozen or so colorful patterns or flowers -LEAVE thinking to myself "how LAME". Why o why do we have to be subject to every "pretty picture" you came across? What's even better is visiting a profile of someone you think is really good looking, rate every pic in the default folder and go to another folder called "pics of me" to realize that the 30 pics you just rated looked NOTHING like this person. Initiation Ritual - Performed

(Well, just a few differences from the Black Book of Satan one.)I used a bureau for the altar, since it is already where I needed it. I set up the altar with a black candle on the left, a white candle on the right, a small bowl of sand in the middle back with 5 sticks of musk incense (I couldn't find hazel), an empty bowl in the middle front (used for burning stuff), and the brandy snifter on the left. On the right wass a knife. (More on it later.) And I hung up a medallion of the Baphomet symbol on the wall behind the altar. The cloth on the altar was the tube of black cloth for the sides and a twin sized black flat sheet for the top & front.(I forgot my camera at work. Hello all! Today was Dem's first true counseling session.Two hours of talking to him, then talking to me, then talking to us together. I think that it went well. Welfare Check- How Many Agree?
Like a lot of folks in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as they see fit. In order to get that paycheck, I, like most other employees, am required to pass a random urine test, which I have no problem with. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check...because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sit on their ass. Could you imagine how much money the government would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check? Pass this on if you agree.

We'll I'm starting to get freaked out alittle more lately. I see my doctor on the 11th and I'm worried he will agree with the doctors up here I need heart surgery. Couple fights to name baby 'Metallica' Metallica may be a cool name for a heavy metal band, but a Swedish couple is struggling to convince officials it is also suitable for a baby girl. Michael and Karolina Tomaro are locked in a court battle with Swedish authorities, which rejected their application to name their six-month-old child after the legendary rock band. "It suits her," Karolina Tomaro, 27, said Tuesday of the name. "She's decisive and she knows what she wants." Although little Metallica has already been baptized, the Swedish National Tax Board refused to register the name, saying it was associated with both the rock group and the word "metal." Tomaro said the official handling the case also called the name "ugly." Everyone Should Know By Now This Month Is Child Abuse Awareness Month
this month is child abuse awareness month. Children are so precious and sweet how could anyone dare to hurt one of gods earthly angels? I myself lost a daughter over 4 years ago to a form of child abuse. you see my lil red head girl was an identical twin. when they were 2 and a half months i came home and found My daughter skyler not breathing. later i found that her father had shaken her to deah while i was gone.
